Civilian Casualties After War Remnants Explosion in Aleppo Countryside

Three people, including two children, were killed and eight civilians injured after an explosion at a site containing mines and war remnants in the city of al-Atarib in western Aleppo.

According to the Aleppo Media Directorate, emergency teams responded to the explosion on Friday evening, February 13, recovering the victims while search operations continued for several hours to locate missing persons trapped under the rubble.

Earlier the same day, 31 people—including women and children—were injured after an old rocket exploded inside an abandoned air defense barracks in the al-Abbasiya area near the al-Sabil neighborhood in the city of Homs.
